IBRA 2023

The Open Philately Working Group held its first FIP Qualifying Seminar at IBRA 28 May 2023 in Essen. The PowerPoint was presented jointly by the two Co-Chairs, Birthe King and Peter Suhadolc.
Forty people attended plus member of the Working Group, and 26 expressed a wish to become an Open Philately juror. Iva Mouritsen and Francisc Ambrus completed their apprenticeships in Open Philately at this exhibition as first two Open Philately accredited jurors.
