Seminar for Open Philately presented by Birthe King and Elisabeth Hisey, members of the FIP Open Philately Working Group. The seminar was not an FIP qualifying seminar, but was held to promote Open Philately. The name of the seminar was “Open Philately versus Display”. ‘Display’ in the USA is the equivalent to Open philately. The seminar was well attended and much interest was shown.
