At the FIP exhibition in Bangkok, the Open Philately Working Group held its second FIP Qualifying seminar presented by Peter Suhadolc and Francisc Ambrus. The attendance was 27, including Bruce Chatterton, who completed his apprenticeship as an Open Philately juror at the exhibition.
